SEAFOOD/CLERK (Finance)

Prepare and display seafood items for sale in an efficient, sanitary, and artistic manner, adhering to company standards and policies. Perform customer service functions and follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Effective written and oral communication skills that engage customers and associates.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information professionally, and work with all levels of the organization.
• Personal initiative and follow-through to completion.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills for effective production, merchandising, and customer service related to merchandise sales.
• Ability to work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate all production equipment carefully.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly and cheerfully serve customers, providing quality foods.

• Unload, store, prepare, and display foods per company standards, recipes, and policies, complying with Food Safety Policies and Health Department regulations.
• Perform temperature monitoring and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Maintain signage, product rotation, and proper merchandise space allocation.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in accordance with policies and safety standards.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Operate cash register as applicable.
• Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary Range: $21.15 - $22.10
