Minimum Qualifications:
- Effective written and oral communication skills that engage customers and associates.
- Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information professionally, and work with all levels of the organization.
- Personal initiative and follow-through to completion.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills for effective production, merchandising, and customer service related to merchandise sales.
- Ability to work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate all production equipment carefully.

- Experience in grocery retail, customer service, and food preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly and cheerfully serve customers, providing quality foods.
- Be punctual, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
- Unload, store, prepare, and display foods per company standards, recipes, and policies, complying with Food Safety Policies and Health Department regulations.
- Perform temperature monitoring and ensure product quality and freshness.
- Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
- Maintain signage, product rotation, and proper merchandise space allocation.
- Maintain equipment and facilities in accordance with policies and safety standards.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Operate cash register as applicable.
- Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Salary Range: $21.15 - $22.10
