Minimum Requirements:
- Effective written and oral communication skills to engage customers and colleagues.
- Ability to read shelf tags, signs, labels, training materials, and bulletins.
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and present information professionally.
- Personal initiative with follow-through to completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills in production, merchandising, and customer service related to merchandise sales.
- Capability to work safely with cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and operate equipment carefully.
