Minimum qualifications:
- Effective written and oral communication skills to engage customers and colleagues.
- Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, present information professionally, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Personal initiative and follow-through to complete tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills in production, merchandising, and customer service related to merchandise sales.
- Ability to work with cleaning solutions, safely handle sharp tools, and operate all equipment carefully.

- Experience in grocery retail, customer service, and food preparation.
