Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle stressful situations.

  • Retail experience.
  • Proficiency in a second language (speaking, reading, or writing).

Responsibilities include:

  • Model the 3A's of Customer Service: acknowledge, assist, and appreciate.
  • Promote corporate brands and build trust among customers and associates.
  • Create a welcoming environment by answering product questions and making suggestions.
  • Assist with preparing produce platters/trays and inform customers of specials.
  • Recommend products, ensure proper packaging, labeling, and inventory management.
  • Inspect products for quality and freshness, and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain temperature logs and ensure safety procedures are followed.
  • Practice preventive maintenance and report safety or equipment issues.
  • Report safety risks, accidents, or illegal activities to management.
