Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement RTI2B and MTSS interventions at the school level using data to inform practices.
• Lead professional development on classroom management, SEL, and restorative practices for staff.
• Provide behavioral support and oversight for school operations and district PD initiatives.
• Develop instructional materials and collaborate with teachers, deans, and support staff.
• Monitor student progress and behavior data to guide classroom decisions and interventions.
• Coordinate with outside service providers and coordinate SEL activities across grades.
