Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in education, social work, or related field.
  • Must have valid TN teaching license.
  • Minimum three years of experience in roles supporting children or families.
  • Experience with RTI2B, MTSS, PBIS and SEL practices preferred.
  • Experience facilitating professional learning preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement RTI2B and MTSS interventions at the school level.
  • Provide workshops and in‑service trainings in classroom management and SEL strategies.
  • Support teachers with planning, classroom strategies, and behavior data.
  • Develop and maintain behavior data collection and progress tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with district RTI2B team to address student and school priorities.
  • Serve as SEL advisor to teachers and administrators.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review student behavior and progress.
