Job summary

The Office of U.S. Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) seeks a Southeastern PA Regional Representative to conduct community outreach across Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

This full-time role is based in Philadelphia, PA with travel throughout the region and reports to the Eastern Pennsylvania Regional Director. Responsibilities include engaging with communities, coordinating with local officials and groups, staffing events, and preparing briefing materials.

Qualifications

• Strong community outreach experience and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester Counties.
• Proactively creating opportunities for community engagement and regional engagement opportunities.
• Representing the office at community meetings and events both virtually and in-person.
• Engaging with constituents and stakeholders and briefing leadership on regional issues.
• Acting as a liaison for government with local officials and community groups.
• Staffing the Senator at events and preparing briefing documents for visits.
