Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) seeks a Staff Assistant in the Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills. This position is front facing, so the candidate must be personable and professional, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting and assisting visitors, coordinating tours, sorting mail, maintaining front office and other various administrative duties. The successful candidate will be a team player who is motivated to deliver for Pennsylvanians. Previous Hill internship and Internet Quorum (IQ) experience is preferred. Pennsylvania ties are strongly welcomed.
