Job Summary The Financial Aid Office Student Assistant provides administrative and customer service support to the Financial Aid Office. This position serves as an important first point of contact for students, families, and campus partners while assisting Financial Aid staff with daily operations, data retrieval, document processing, and special projects. The position provides an opportunity to gain professional office experience while developing communication, organizational, customer service, and technology skills.
Through this position, the student assistant will develop practical experience in a professional higher education environment, including customer service, office administration, information systems, data management, and communication. The position also provides opportunities to learn about the financial aid process and gain experience working with students and families.
Pay Grade : SP Student 2, starting at $14.10
