SDS Rx, powered by DHL, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Greer, SC, to manage daily delivery coordination and client requirements. This role supports fast-paced dispatch and requires sharp time management and attention to detail.

You will work with drivers and independent contractors, coordinating schedules, billing, and settlements while using eCourier software and dispatch systems. Excellent communication is essential for success.

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of this role include: Coordinate deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Position

• Position: Logistics Coordinator
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am – 5 pm - with OT
• Pay: Base 48,000/yr.

Qualifications

• Scheduling drivers
• Relationship building and collaboration skills
• Managing billing and driver settlements daily using eCourier software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with dispatch systems or dispatch management.
• Previous experience with independent contractors.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in logistics and customer service.
• Availability for on-call shifts
