Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a Software Defined Radios Research Scientist to design, develop, prototype, and test SDR capabilities for wireless communications and networking systems. The team values hands-on experimentation with SDR platforms and deep DSP knowledge.

A Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required; sponsorship is not available. The role emphasizes rigorous engineering across multiple disciplines within a growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
• Six (6) years' experience as a SWE in similar scope is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, prototype, and test Software Defined Radio capabilities for wireless communications and networking systems.
• Experience with commercial and open source SDR platforms.
• Strong understanding and experience with wireless communications, digital signal processing, wireless protocol analysis, implementation, and experimentation.
