Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a Software Defined Radios Research Scientist to join our research and engineering team. You will design, develop, prototype, and test SDR capabilities for wireless communications and networking systems, leveraging DSP knowledge and SDR platforms.

The role requires a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and five-year SWE experience minimum, with a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (or equivalent experience) and potential substitutions as described in the

Description

We are seeking a Software Defined Radios Research Scientist to join the research and engineering team who will design, develop, prototype, and test Software Defined Radio (SDR) capabilities for wireless communications and networking systems. The development team will provide application development and support to core initiatives, leveraging a strong understanding of digital signal processing, wireless protocol analysis, and hands-on experimentation with commercial and open-source SDR platforms.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Six (6) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
