Based on the popular open source orchestration engine Conductor , Orkes lets product teams focus on faster go to market with applications, scaling them to handlebillions of workflows without having to worry about failures, scalability or visibility into the executions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to execute and scale our outbound pipeline generation to support our growth objectives. The SDR Manager will be responsible for building the outbound process, call and email scripts and successful execution of outbound pipeline generation as a senior individual contributor before scaling the team and ensuring the team meets and exceeds their targets and objectives. We strongly believe in hiring leaders who can individually execute and produce stellar results prior to managing and scaling the function.

More Details
The OTE for this role is between $140,000 and $200,000 USD. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered: skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
