Specright is looking for an Implementation Associate to join the Implementation Team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting customer requirements and designing Specification Data Management solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement solutions ensuring clients' success in various industries, including beauty, consumer goods, and automotive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience required within manufacturing, HLS, or hi-tech.
• Salesforce.com admin and consulting experience required.
• Software configuration and/or development experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirement creation and solution design of customer solutions.
• Define and document solution design, user stories, and requirements.
• Work as a Trusted Advisor with clients to guide them to success.
• Help customers transform their business with SDM technology.

Skills

Salesforce.com admin experience

Technical experience in manufacturing or hi-tech

Software configuration or development

Experience in SaaS hybrid implementation methodology
