Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking candidates to implement new or renewing accounts, address legislation and product updates across the enterprise, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will craft communications and artifacts, manage mid-level project activities, and analyze marketing, legislative, financial, and operating data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 2 years marketing, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management, or product management experience.
• Technical certification or college courses with 3 years in such areas.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of health care regulatory and legislative process.

Job description

• Implement new or renewing accounts, new legislation, and products across the enterprise
• Work with cross-functional HCSC teams and internal stakeholders to coordinate implementation
• Create communications and implementation artifacts describing progress, issues, and risks
• Manage implementation project activities of low to moderate complexity
• Gather, organize, analyze, and interpret marketing, legislative, financial, and operating data
• Stay informed of best practices and strategic trends in product lifecycle management, sales and account implementation, and legislative developments

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with 2 years marketing, marketing support, health insurance, strategic consulting, project management or product management experience OR Technical Certification or College Courses with 3 years of such experience OR 4 years of such experience
• Knowledge of health care regulatory and legislative process
• PC proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes
• Preferred: Knowledge of product, marketing, sales, and claims adjudication
• Preferred: Written, executive presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
