Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced automation test engineer for Fixed Income trading platforms. You will design and maintain scalable automation frameworks, translating complex requirements into effective test strategies across the SDLC.

You will collaborate with engineering, QA, and business partners in an Agile setting, shaping test plans, improving coverage, and guiding technical decisions to ensure robust trading experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Experience supporting Fixed Income trading applications and understanding order lifecycle from entry to execution and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency with Java, REST APIs, and object-oriented software development.
