Job summary

You will mentor QA engineers and drive testing standards and continuous improvement across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing or Quality Assurance experience.
• Expertise in margin concepts and their application in trading systems.
• Understanding of order and trade lifecycle across asset classes.
• Understanding of option-matching strategies.
• Root-cause analysis and risk mitigation for defects and release issues.
• Lead manual and automated testing and produce testing docs.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, product owners, and partners.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision making, communication, and detail orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
