Job summary

Code Metal, Inc. is hiring its first dedicated SDET to build quality engineering for code transformation and AI-assisted workflows. You will report to the Director of Quality Engineering and collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Solutions.

Establish scalable quality strategies, automated regression infrastructure, and clear release evidence. Diagnose complex failures across C/C++, Rust, Python, build systems, and diverse target environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with production-grade Python and C++
• Strong understanding of memory models, concurrency, and architecture-dependent behavior
• Experience building scalable test frameworks and validating AI-assisted or nondeterministic systems
