Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test to build automated quality engineering systems for MedTrac and related home health software. You will map critical workflows, start with manual testing, and drive toward automated regression in our CI/CD pipeline.

The role requires hands-on testing, platform evaluation, and collaboration with teams to ensure quality in production releases. Join a patient-focused team driving excellence in home care tech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software testing or development with 3+ years building test automation.
• Experience building regression strategies for apps with limited docs.
• Hands-on with UI automation: Playwright/Selenium/Cypress.
• Proficiency in at least one test-automation language (C#, TS, Python, Java).
• Strong API testing skills (REST/SOAP) and SQL validation.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience using AI-assisted testing tools and evaluating platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve automated testing systems for release confidence.
• Develop a risk-based regression strategy from hands-on exploration.
• Build and maintain a CI/CD integrated regression suite and post-deploy smoke tests.
• Evaluate AI-driven testing platforms and influence tool selection.
• Communicate defects and test plans clearly to teams.
