Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test to establish and evolve automated quality engineering systems for MedTrac. You will map critical workflows, design a regression strategy, and build a robust automation suite that runs in our CI/CD pipeline.

You will explore AI-assisted testing tools, define where they add value, and influence how quality engineering grows within the team. Experience with .NET stacks and healthcare-grade data is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software testing or development, with 3+ years building test automation.
• Experience creating regression strategies from exploratory testing.
• Hands-on with Playwright, Selenium or Cypress.
• Proficiency in at least one test automation language (C#, TypeScript, Python, or Java).
• Strong API testing skills (REST or SOAP) and SQL for data validation.
• Experience in CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Clear written communication for defect reports and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve automated quality engineering systems.
• Map business-critical workflows and develop a regression strategy.
• Build and automate regression suite in CI pipeline.
• Contribute to evaluating AI-assisted testing Platform.
• Support post-deployment smoke tests and verification.
