Allina Health is seeking an RN to join the 18-bed Specialty Care Unit, providing intermediate-level care alongside hospitalists and an interdisciplinary team. You will assess patients, develop and adapt plans of care, and participate in evidence-based practice to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role offers day/night shifts, 60 hours per 2-week pay period, and professional growth opportunities within a collaborative care environment in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 1+ year SCU experience or intermediate experience required.
• 1+ year telemetry experience preferred.
• 1+ year med/surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive patient and family assessment and care planning.
• Maintain current nursing competencies and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate safe, effective care.
