• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; develop and monitor the plan of care.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Coordinate, collaborate, and delegate to ensure safe, effective care delivery.
• Support charge nurse and preceptor roles as assigned.
