Allina Health's Unity Intensive Care Unit in Fridley, MN seeks a skilled RN for a 0.75 FTE night shift in a dynamic 18-bed Special Care Unit. You’ll work with hospitalists and an interdisciplinary team, caring for a diverse patient population and building your clinical expertise.

The role offers weekend rotation every 3rd weekend, with 12-hour shifts and a path for professional growth in a collaborative hospital setting.

Competenze

• 0 to 2 years RN experience, may consider new graduate RN

Mansioni

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish plan of care and supervising progress.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Collaborate with family and patient to establish measurable outcomes and continuity of care.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care delivery.
• Support unit operation and participate in leadership roles when needed.
