Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a SCSEP Service Coordinator in Greenville, SC to administer the SCSEP program, oversee intake, eligibility, and job placement, and coordinate employment training and supports for participants.

You will supervise site staff, develop partnerships with employers, prepare reports, travel to local sites, ensure HIPAA compliance, and help participants build employment plans while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Education, or Liberal Arts; or HS diploma with 5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of Older Americans Act and Workforce Investment Act is a plus.
• Three years of program delivery experience, including development responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure participant safety and oversee site staff and participants.
• Administer SCSEP activities, intakes, orientations, and trainee placements.
• Coordinate partnerships with host agencies and service providers.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports.
• Travel to local sites frequently and support job placements.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all regulations.
• Provide training to host agencies and SCSEP staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
