Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven Scrum Master with hands-on ceremony facilitation.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of cross-functional projects
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Manage stakeholder communication, risks, issues, and project dependencies
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation/utilization
• Drive continuous process improvement and increase Agile maturity within teams
• Provide clear status reporting and executive-level project updates
• Apply strong project management and program planning expertise
• Utilize hands-on experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Leverage excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional, global teams
• Apply strong problem-solving, risk management, and delivery governance skills
