Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. busca un Scrum Master para liderar equipos de desarrollo de software dentro de un entorno ágil y SAFe. El/la candidato/a facilitará ceremonias, eliminará impedimentos y apoyará la entrega predecible de valor mediante prácticas de gobernanza y métricas claras.

Se requiere experiencia en Scrum, certificaciones relevantes y dominio de Azure DevOps o Jira. Se valorará habilidad para mentoría, comunicación efectiva y enfoque en la mejora continua.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent work experience.
• Scrum Master cert (CSM/PSM/SAFe) preferred.
• Proven servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and transparency.
• Experience as Scrum Master for a software dev team applying Scrum.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement team-level delivery governance aligned with ART standards.
• Coordinate dependencies with other teams and escalate impediments beyond team control.
• Facilitate PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Monitor team capacity, track contractor hours, and optimize flow under guidelines.
• Evaluate team performance via dashboards and flow metrics; inform RTE and Product Management.
• Mentor team in Agile/SAFe, facilitation, and continuous improvement; support Product Owner.
