Job summary

HRB is seeking a Sr. level Scrum Master to lead agile teams, ensure sprint goals are met, and uphold delivery commitments. You will facilitate ceremonies, drive collaboration across business and IT, and navigate ambiguity with confidence in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Required are strong communication skills, proactive coordination of dependencies, and experience with Jira, Mural, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 tools. A mandatory assessment is part of the evaluation process.

Qualifications

• Sr. level Scrum Master with proven ability to lead agile teams to sprint goals and delivery commitments.
• Experience in e-commerce environment preferred.
• Ability to guide teams through ambiguous situations and rapid change.

• Prior e-commerce experience/exposure preferred
• Prior use of tools: JIRA, Mural, Confluence, Microsoft O365 (including Teams & SharePoint)
