Job summary

Syncreon Consulting is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead software development teams in the Pittsburgh area. You will coach teams on Agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and help Product Owners manage backlogs and priorities.

You will work closely with engineering leadership and business stakeholders to remove impediments, improve delivery, and ensure high-quality software in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern Agile ways of working.
• Expertise in servant leadership, coaching, facilitation, and risk management.
• Experience with Scrum patterns, backlog management, and defect/bug handling.
• Experience removing impediments and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and protect the team from distractions.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Help manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team challenges.

• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, Product Owners, engineering leadership, and business stakeholders.
