Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager to lead multiple Agile delivery pods. You will coach teams to self-organize, facilitate all Agile ceremonies, and align priorities with stakeholders to achieve delivery objectives.

As part of Beacon Hill's technology staffing group, you will support compliance initiatives and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies while maintaining delivery plans and performance metrics across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/Scrum teams
• Coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and improve Agile maturity
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance
• Identify and remove team impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting for leadership
• Refine and prioritize backlog items to readiness for development
• Use Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement and delivery predictability
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across teams
• Promote a collaborative and accountable team culture in discussions and decisions

• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain delivery plans, project timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide transparency to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure backlog items are appropriately refined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Leverage Agile metrics and team performance data to drive continuous improvement and increase delivery predictability
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams
