Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to guide multiple pods and teams toward delivering business value. You will coach teams to self-organize, facilitate ceremonies, and align priorities with product owners and stakeholders.

You will work to remove impediments, manage risks, and maintain transparent delivery plans and metrics to improve predictability and timeliness across programs.

Qualifications

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams.
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap commitments, and delivery objectives.
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others.
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain delivery plans, project timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide transparency to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure backlog items are appropriately refined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Leverage Agile metrics and team performance data to drive continuous improvement and increase delivery predictability.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams.
