Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to guide multiple delivery pods through Agile practices, ensuring timely, high-quality value delivery. You will coach teams, align priorities with Product Owners and stakeholders, and manage impediments across releases and integrations.

The role emphasizes facilitating ceremonies, maintaining delivery plans and metrics, and coordinating release readiness with business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience serving as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager for multiple teams.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams.
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and improve Agile maturity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap, and delivery objectives.
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting for leadership transparency.
• Ensure backlog items are refined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Use Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement and delivery predictability.
• Facilitate discussions and conflict resolution in a collaborative culture.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, production readiness, and post-release monitoring.

• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams
