Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to guide two or more delivery pods in a fast-paced environment. You will coach teams to self-organize, foster continuous improvement, and ensure value delivery within sprint cycles.

Responsibilities include facilitating daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews; coordinating with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and roadmaps; and removing impediments to improve

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

• Ensure backlog items are refined and ready for development.
• Use Agile metrics to improve delivery predictability.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, production readiness, and post-release monitoring.
• Promote collaborative, accountable team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap commitments, and delivery objectives
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain delivery plans, project timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide transparency to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure backlog items are appropriately refined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Leverage Agile metrics and team performance data to drive continuous improvement and increase delivery predictability
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams
