Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a skilled Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to lead multiple delivery pods in Des Moines. You will guide teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity, while facilitating ceremonies and helping align priorities with Owners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include removing impediments, maintaining delivery plans, and coordinating release activities across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap commitments, and delivery objectives
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure backlog items are appropriately refined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Leverage Agile metrics and team performance data to drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting a collaborative team culture
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across teams
