Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC seeks a Scrum Master / Flow Master to coach agile teams and ensure smooth portfolio flow. This role works within Eastern Standard Time and collaborates with Portfolio Owners, Technical Delivery Managers, Product Managers, and Flow Masters to keep work aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Scrum Master roles, strong Jira skills, and experience scaling agile practices across multiple teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of Scrum Master experience.
CSM or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
Experience leading large web-based software projects.
Experience operating in a portfolio/program management context.
Ability to manage intake, capacity, and delivery visibility across multiple teams.
Knowledge of Jira for portfolio tracking and reporting.
Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead agile software projects from product conception to release.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand objectives and outcomes.
Facilitate agile events including stand-up, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Assist in removing team impediments and track agile metrics.
Maintain portfolio-level intake flow and visibility across Jira and dashboards.
Coach teams on agile principles and best practices to improve delivery.
