Job summary

TechFlow, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a mission-critical DoD software development and modernization program in Montgomery, AL.

You will serve as the Agile servant leader for a cross-functional team, ensuring Scrum practices are applied throughout the lifecycle and facilitating ceremonies to enable timely delivery of capabilities. You will work closely with the Government Product Owner, Program Manager, and engineers to refine the backlog, track velocity, and promote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master on DoD software programs.
• Current Agile certifications (CSM/SA/PMI-ACP).
• Experience facilitating Agile software development teams in Scrum.
• Proficiency with Government-approved Agile tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Agile servant leader for a cross-functional software team.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and timeboxes.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Government Product Owner to refine the backlog.
• Ensure PBIs are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for sprint.
• Maintain sprint metrics and reporting to leadership.
