Job summary

FHM Consulting in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support enterprise Data & Analytics teams. The role emphasizes Agile leadership to deliver data products for downstream analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Scrum Master or similar experience, with familiarity in Data Engineering, Data & Analytics, BI, and Azure data ecosystem. Hybrid onsite 3 days/week in South Florida.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or similar experience.
• Experience supporting Data Engineering, Data & Analytics, BI, Data Platform, or Data Product teams strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban methodologies.
• Experience identifying and managing delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and team capacity.
• Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with modern data environments and terminology.
• Experience working within the Microsoft Azure data ecosystem preferred.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric is a strong plus.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar) preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in South Florida 3 days per week.

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Data & Analytics product teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies within a Scrumban / hybrid Scrum-Kanban environment.
• Drive team velocity, delivery, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and help remove blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Governance resources.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide visibility into delivery progress and challenges.
• Help teams effectively prioritize and move work through the data product lifecycle.
• Coach team members and Product Owners on Agile best practices without creating unnecessary process or ceremony.

We are partnering with one of South Florida's top employers to identify a Senior Scrum Master to support enterprise Data & Analytics teams.

This individual will support teams responsible for building and delivering data products that enable downstream analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
