Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coordinate an Agile development team in Fort Worth, TX, onsite. You’ll plan, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

You will partner with clients, product management, and engineering to ensure Agile best practices, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of Scrum, JIRA, and GMP is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 10+ years’ overall experience with 4+ years in Robotic/Embedded/Manufacturing settings.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
Hands-on experience with NPI and GMP from a SCRUM perspective.

Responsibilities

Plan, facilitate, and lead all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide decomposition of epics into sub-stories, tasks, spikes and other actionable items.
Coach the team on Scrum and Agile processes to build a high‑performing, self‑organizing team.
Identify and remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
Collaborate with PMO for capacity planning and delivery timelines.
Schedule backlog grooming and ensure readiness of upcoming work.
Monitor risks and escalate delivery issues as needed.
