Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a practical Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience to lead Agile DevOps initiatives across an IT product portfolio of about 30 applications. The role emphasizes prioritizing and assigning work, automating processes, and coordinating with Leadership and Technical Leads to improve agility.

You will drive initiatives such as migrating from Azure DevOps to GitHub, build automation, and maintain clear communication with developers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Job Description:

Scrum Lead Role with 5 years of experience:
We are looking for a practical Scrum Lead with technical experience.
They will be responsible for managing project priorities across an IT Product of ~ 30 applications many of which are vital to the operation prioritizing assigning and managing developer Work in close cooperation with Leadership and Technical Leads building out work process automation leveraging approved AI tools e.g. User Story creation automation working with other Product owners across Regional IT leadership progress updates.
They will also lead strategic initiatives such as migrating from ADO to GitHub for all our repos.

Top 3 Skillsets: – Experience with building out Agile framework automation – ADO/GitHub – Git Markdown

Nice to Have Skillsets:

• Aha! – AI automation tools
• Development experience
• Experience with Americans Product and Agile models
