Job summary

Stradit in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile squads through delivery, ceremonies, and continuous improvement. You will coach, facilitate, and align squads with product goals while balancing velocity and quality.

This contract-to-hire role requires at least 1 year of Scrum Master experience, familiarity with Agile frameworks, and comfort with AI tooling (Kiro, Copilot). Bachelor's preferred. W2 candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of Scrum Master/Agile coaching experience.
• Experience guiding squads through ceremonies and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Coach and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
• Protect team focus and help remove impediments.
• Collaborate with PO and stakeholders to align priorities in releases.
• Drive continuous improvement and team learning.
