Job summary

meteocontrol GmbH is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile transformations and coach cross-functional teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote best practices across distributed software teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners, stakeholders, and international teams to drive continuous improvement and transparency. Strong facilitation and conflict-management skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in conflict management and coaching teams.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.

Responsibilities
