Job summary

meteocontrol GmbH is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile transformations and coach cross-functional teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote best practices across distributed software teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners, stakeholders, and international teams to drive continuous improvement and transparency. Strong facilitation and conflict-management skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development organizations.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Experience in conflict management and coaching teams.
Experience working with international and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).
Coaching teams on agile methods and best practices.
Identifying and removing impediments.
Promoting a culture of open feedback and improvement.
Supporting Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization.
Facilitating transformation and optimization initiatives.
Promoting transparency through metrics and reporting.
Supporting cross-team collaboration and the scaling of agile processes.
