Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm in New York is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile adoption across projects. Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Fluent English is required for international context.
Experience working in international and distributed teams.

As a Senior Scrum Master

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving Agile adoption and ensuring the effective delivery of complex IT projects. You will act as a facilitator and servant leader for one or more Agile teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders, you will ensure Scrum principles are properly applied and continuously improved to maximize value delivery.

Your profile

At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory
Fluent English is required (international context)
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders at different levels
Experience working in international and distributed teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills
