Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is hiring a Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams, and collaborate with the Release Train Engineer across multiple teams in an onsite Orlando setting. The role requires 5–7 years of Scrum experience, including at least 2 years as Scrum Master, and certification (CSM or SAFe SM) with SASM being a plus. A BA degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Scrum experience with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master role.
• CSM or SAFe Scrum Master certification is required; SASM is desirable.
• BA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives and demos.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineer to coordinate across teams.
• Consult with Product Owner to validate and communicate team priorities.
• Coach and motivate the team to improve productivity and self-organization.
• Maintain transparency with stakeholders and update relevant metrics.
