Job summary

Tier4 Group in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile software development teams and drive delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role partners with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers to facilitate practices, remove impediments, and ensure high-performing, sustainable results across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• 5+ years of Agile/Scrum experience, including at least 2 years serving as a Scrum Master.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in story writing, story mapping, estimation, and backlog refinement.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD, and test-driven development.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work across business and technology teams in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, fostering continuous improvement and team maturity.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities, manage backlogs, and support delivery goals.
• Remove obstacles that impact team performance and promote a culture of accountability and transparency.
• Track, communicate, and report Agile metrics, team progress, and delivery outcomes.
• Support CI/CD practices, test-driven development, and Agile release management activities.
