Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Scrum Master to enable agile delivery and coach Scrum teams onsite. The role requires four days per week onsite with clients in Jersey City, NJ or Pennington, NJ and involves removing impediments, facilitating ceremonies, and promoting continuous improvement.

You will work with multiple teams, report progress with metrics, and help deliver high-quality outcomes while aligning with Accenture's agile practices.

Qualifications

• Min 5 Years of IT Work experience.
• Expert proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management.
• Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience.
• Associates degree.

Responsibilities

• Enable the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
• Coach and mentor the Scrum Team or Teams, removing obstacles that hinder progress, and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and report progress through appropriate metrics.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices within the Agile framework to enhance team productivity and delivery quality.
• Support the development and growth of team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of dependencies or risks.
• Analyze team performance metrics to provide actionable insights and promote transparency across projects.
• Champion Agile principles and values across the organization to encourage a culture of adaptability and innovation.
• We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
