Job summary

Dutch Ridge Consulting Group, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a driven Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach multidisciplinary teams within intelligence data system environments. This full-time role requires 3+ years of experience and a active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

The ideal candidate will manage JIRA and Microsoft Project, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across teams to deliver project milestones in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with the ability to guide, coach, and align multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting or managing projects within intelligence data system environments or comparable federal intelligence systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and JIRA for planning, tracking, and reporting project activities.
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration and documentation tools commonly used in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups.
• Lead sprint planning meetings.
• Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback.
• Note areas of improvement and identify action items for future sprints.
• Manage scrum board and ensure cards are up to date.
• Manage Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Meet with team/individuals as required.
• Consult with team members.
• Manage reporting and analysis.
• Eliminate external blockers and manage internal roadblocks.
