Precision Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to support an Accenture engagement in downtown Washington, DC. You will work with an Agile development team to remove blockers and facilitate ceremonies, translating business needs into clear user stories and ensuring quality and velocity.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in Agile environments, with onsite work five days a week to drive delivery and collaboration.

Role Overview Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to support an Accenture engagement in downtown Washington, DC. This role will work directly with an Agile development team to keep delivery moving, remove blockers, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and help translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories. The right person will be comfortable working across both Agile delivery and functional requirements, with the ability to help the team stay focused on quality, velocity, and sprint goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team meetings


• Guide the team through Agile and Lean-Agile practices


• Identify blockers and work with the team to resolve or mitigate them


• Help the team estimate work and maintain focus on sprint goals, quality, flow, and velocity


• Gather functional requirements and translate them into user stories


• Support testing of developed stories and overall application quality


• Provide technical and functional support to application users


• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials


• Assist with data mapping and requirements analysis


• Track and manage team activities through Jira

Required Qualifications Active Top Secret Clearance Required To Start

• Bachelor’s degree


• 5+ years of professional experience, including internships


• Experience working within Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban


• Strong written communication and documentation skills

Experience Gathering And Documenting Business Or Functional Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in downtown Washington, DC 5 days per week

Preferred Experience Experience Creating And Monitoring Tasks In Jira

• Application or software requirements gathering experience


• Experience supporting software development teams


• Background working in Agile project delivery environments
