Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead for a hybrid position (3 days onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

A Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables which require engagement from multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables to meet client expectations on functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

• Identify all impacted teams, applications, and engage as needed for design, development, testing through to deployment(s)
• Partner with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met
• Identify, communicate, and drive critical path activities, dependencies, timelines, and resources

Requirements:

• 7+ years of previous experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong leadership skills to lead project team to deliver the technology solution with quality, on-time, and within budget
• Strong communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate project status, issues, and risks at all levels including key stakeholders and executives
• Experience with risk management to identify potential risks, elevate as needed, and remove roadblocks to ensure progress
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira)

Desired skills:

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates)
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline
• Gather and facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
• Support resource planning for delivery/execution

Pay range:

$52.54 - $60.54 per hour
