Yotta Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams in Pittsburgh, ensuring delivery of commitments and continuous improvement.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, collaborate with product owners, track velocity, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive high quality software delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SAFe is expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems or related field is required.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence.
• Remove blockers and support the team in meeting sprint commitments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track and report team progress, velocity, and sprint metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.
