Job summary

AlgoBrain Inc is seeking a professional to facilitate Agile Scrum methodologies within project teams in Philadelphia. The role involves collaborating with Product stakeholders, tracking team progress, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

Additionally, you will assist with backlog maintenance, empower teams to self-organize, and enhance communication across departments. Candidates must have experience in Agile environments, strong communication skills, and a commitment to improving team dynamics.

• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
• Ensure teams practice Scrum agile and SAFE agile principles.
• Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.
• Assist with backlog maintenance.

Job description

• Responsible for Collaborating with the Product stake holders on project planning, daily stand‑up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
• Ensure the teams are practicing Scrum agile and SAFE agile principles.
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions.
• Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.
• Assist as needed with backlog maintenance.
• Empower the team to self‑organize.
• Collaborate with other teams and release Management to develop enterprise release plans.
• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
• Participate proactively in developing and maintaining standards, tools, and best practices within the team and across the organization.
• Establish a sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely, cost‑effective manner with quality.
